What do I photograph professionally?
A little bit of everything, although my professional work is primarily comprised of food and portrait photography
What do I retouch?
Mostly beauty portraits and old, often damaged, photographs. I love a good transformation.
What do I photograph for fun?
Portraits of my friends and family and self portraits
How long have I been into photography?
Consciously, since I was in middle school; however, looking back I can see an interest in photography, and art in general, forming in me as young as early elementary school. I was always fascinated with cameras and I loved making things. It just took me a minute to squish the two together.
Why am I a photographer?
There is a feeling that I get when I am holding a camera and begin photographing that I can’t entirely articulate. It weirdly makes me feel like I can do anything. It feels like there are endless possibilities when I am creating photographs, and that kind of freedom is very exciting… Also, I can't draw.
